How much will it cost?
This will depend on the complexity of your case and the amount of time spent working on it. We can offer Conditional Fee Arrangements or Damages Based Agreements (if the circumstances of your matter meet the relevant criteria), and Fixed Fees for specific work such as Conveyancing and Wills. We will always take the time to discuss with you the most affordable way of handling your case. How long will it take?
We aim to deal with your problem as speedily as possible in order to keep your costs to a minimum. Clearly, more complex matters may take longer to resolve but we will always keep you up to date with the progress of your case.
Who will handle my case?
Your case will be assigned to the individual with the most suitable experience in that area. The size of the firm allows all solicitors to become involved in most cases at some point throughout their course. This allows us to draw on many different skills and areas of expertise when acting for every individual.
Will my solicitor always be available for me to speak to?
We aim to always be contactable to deal with any queries you may have and direct dial telephone numbers are made available to all clients. In the event that someone is not available for you to speak to at the time you call we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

No, we represent clients all from all over the country and even abroad. If you are concerned that not being based near to our office in London will be detrimental to your case we would be happy to discuss this with you.
