Charlotte joined Osmond & Osmond in 2016 as a trainee and recently qualified with the firm in 2019 into the Dispute Resolution department.
Charlotte has experience advising on a range of both civil and commercial disputes, acting for both companies and individuals from the start of proceedings and throughout the trial process.
Charlotte has successfully acted for a number of commercial companies in complex transactions often involving the future of their businesses. Charlotte has successfully acted for individuals in all aspects of alternative dispute resolution.
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys travelling, hosting fundraising events, running and attending the gym.
